From approximately 0300 - 0600 some customers experienced connection issues to the ReachONE mail servers. This was due to an emergency maintenance on one of our servers. While connections were interrupted no mail was lost during this period of downtime.

At approximately 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday October 21, one of our Linux web servers stopped accepting SSH and FTP connections. We are currently investigating and hope to have the service back shortly.

UPDATE: As of 6:35 p.m. PDT on Sunday October 18 2009 SSH and FTP service was restored to the server in questions.
