The RMLS database does not give full information about the property, and in fact,
it is full of advertising written by the listing agent
To get more information and an honest evaluation of a property, jot down the MLS number and call
503-697-8451		 The For Sale by Owner web sites show homes that are not represented by Realtors.
However, the owner is still trying to get the best price for his property, and one of the favorite ploys of FSBO sellers is to say "the buyer is saving at least 3% because they aren't using an agent."
Well, saving 3% on a house that is 10% over-priced is not a deal for the home buyer!
